your subconscious beliefs and runs your day-to-day life. 

 

This leads you to

believe everyone feels the same way about you. In the background

of my mind was this voice telling me I wasn’t pretty, I wasn’t smart, and no

one could love me. I also had these false beliefs that I could not trust

anyone, and everyone I loved would hurt me just like he did. 

 

I eventually learned those

things were not true, and that was not the life I

wanted to live anymore. I started reading a lot about psychology and

neuroscience because I knew something had to change, I was miserable. I

studied quantum physics and the greats like Bob Proctor,

Bruce Lipton, Bob Hoffman, Joseph Murphy, and Joe Dispenza. I then got

certified in NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Holistic Nutrition. 

 

Through my studies,

 I have learned how to overcome struggles we face with the mind. In this
